critical thing. Pets Cargo moved our cat from hot and humid Tampa to Honolulu this past July and in climate controlled safety; most
airline cargo services don't provide that in summer. Even when our pet sitter could not find the cargo office at 6AM in Tampa, Pets
Cargo was available to guide her to the office! I am a very grateful we chose Pets Cargo and a supremely satisfied customer. |

our half horse half dog (a St. Bernard), Dorin from North Caroline to Colorado Springs. They took care of everything, from transporting to the airport,
the flight home, and then the drive from the airport. Dorin wasn't scared or traumatized by

| With all the things associated with a cross-country move, having the cats
off the list was a big plus. We boarded the cats with our vet, and once we were safely to our
destination, Pets Cargo picked up the cats from the Vet, and flew our cats out to us for our pickup.
Pets cargo kept an eye on the cats in transit, providing updates as appropriate. It was
as simple as one could hope, and well worth every nickel. |

| In a day and age where customer service seems to have been dropped by many
companies, Pets Cargo gets outstanding marks. Kim at Pets Cargo has given us wonderful and caring
service for several years during multiple pet shipments between Hawaii, Colorado and return.
She is extremely efficient and does exactly what she says she'll do in a very timely manner. Return
phone calls and emails from Kim always happen quickly. Changes to scheduling on our end
never seem to rattle her. Knowing that we can count on her has relieved our nervous 'parent'
syndrome when our kids (our sheltie, poodle and shihtzu) have had to travel. Thank you from Shelle

Colorado Springs to Frankfurt Germany. Chloe had breathing restrictions and Pets Cargo assured us she would
be on a flight that would make her comfy. I can't put into words their professionalism, I was encouraged to
call and check on her status during her stay with her "foster family" the days prior to her flight, the family
was just wonderful, they even gave us pictures to show what a good time our sweetie had during her stay. I
highly recommend this service, they put all your worries to rest. |

| Thank you so much for all your hard work and professionalism in getting 'Basi' safely from Colorado
to Santiago. Having investigated the labyrinth of Chilean Bureaucracy involved when importing Pets, we were amazed how easy the
whole process became thanks to Kim's efficiency. She even picked up our baby at 5:30am to make sure he was at Denver International
in plenty of time for his first flight.
He arrived in Santiago over 24 hours later looking happy, relaxed and rested with all formalities, red tape and necessary form
filing fully completed - all we had to do was drive him home.
